US Open Cup - Minnesota Thunder v Kansas City Wizards

Hey fanaticos,

My favorite team, Minnesota Thunder host Kansas City Wizards of MLS in the 3rd Round of US Open Cup on June 30.

The Open Cup was started in 1914 and pits teams from all levels of soccer in America, from amateur leagues to pros, lined up against each other in a single elimination tournament. Drama is almost always high, and upsets are aplenty. (In 2005 the Thunder ran off an amazing string of 3 wins in a row over MLS teams before losing at Los Angeles in the Semifinals)

This will be the team's biggest home game of the season.

You really ought to be there.

The price on tickets is fantastic, and I can get them for you cheap.

The seats I recommend are:
-$10 North end bleachers
-$15 Supporters section in main stand near midfield (stand next to me!)

(other choices are available too, from $17 to $35. I can give you details on those if you are interested.)

There is not a bad seat in the house.

And the team this year opened a beer garden on the north end of the stadium that is literally yards from the endline.

Minnesota v Kansas City
Tue Jun 30
7:30pm
National Sports Center
Blaine Minnesota

There will be a short tailgate before the game, and hopefully a victory party in the beer garden after the game.

Let me know if you are interested. The sooner the better.
