Minnesota United played their first friendly in Mexico today - taking on a select team from CF Pachuca, made up of reserves, regulars and youth team members.
  • The Loons won 1-2 on goals from Christian Ramirez and Lance Laing. (We are told that video highlights will be posted online soon.)

Philly Union's leader Maurice Edu has been slowed down all preseason with a nagging leg injury, but today the team announced that its now been diagnosed as a fractured bone in his left lower leg (I don't know if its tibia or fibula) and he will miss up to 4 months. Oof.
