My German skills aren't up to the old high level. What's up with Tom Dooley, a super favorite of mine on the old & dear USMNT?

If he just hadn't gotten a bit to old & slow in the USA's first match against Germany in Paris in WC'98.

Oddly enough Thomas Dooley is the head coach of the Philippines national team! He was awesome as a player for the USA.
