Some Soccer News for Nov 3, 2015

New York City FC, as long rumored, fired head coach Jason Kreis late yesterday. Empire of Soccer has a statement from Kreis after the fact.


In other New York related news, Red Bulls centerback Damien Perrinelle left the game in DC Sunday with an apparent knee injury and its now known that he is out for rest of season with an unspecified knee injury that will require surgery to repair.


Orlando City adds to their front office soccer staff by hiring an exec from Benfica to oversee ALL soccer operations. He had been in charge of Benfica's reserves, academy and scouting. Great idea. By Paul Tenorio of the Sentinel.
