The system we are using bases the ranking strictly on current form, looking at results and opponents (and their form) over the past month of games. We give no weight to standings, projections or prior achievement.

Basically its who's movin' up and who's movin' down... right now.

Observations:
-There was no standout teams in July!
-The hottest team in May was again the hottest team in July, but also took the biggest fall in June. Talk about a yo-yo effect.
-Coaching changes have seen an improvement for the two teams that made them.< br>
