I can answer your fact of the day question.

There is close to zero marketing for the Galaxy in L.A. Besides the Tottenham, and Madrid matches, I haven't heard a radio blurb, seen a billboard, or ad for the Galaxy.

Oh wait, I did see the team on the cover of the phonebook, that thing that people immediately throw into the trash now because it's irrelevant.

The lack of ads probably has something to do with AEG's sale of the team, that we just found out about.
