It was nice to read Patrick Rishe's article about MetLife Stadium and Red Bull Arena, but the guy doesn't seem to know much about MLS. Here's an excerpt from the article:

"My assessment was that Red Bull Arena is among the best soccer-only facilities in North America, rivaled only by Carson’s Home Depot Center in suburban Los Angeles.  And that the only other club who can match the game atmosphere onsite would be the Seattle Sounders playing in front of 35,000 plus at Qwest Field."

I haven't visited Livestrong Sporting Park but I'm guessing it's at least the equal of RBA and HDC. And when it comes to atmosphere, I think that not mentioning Portland is a major slight. I'm a Red Bulls season ticket holder but I would always prefer knowledgeable praise to this.
