PODCASTS
We got turned on to a relatively new radio show today that has a podcast archive - Soccer Today from ESPN Dallas featuring Luiz Perez, Marc Stein and FC Dallas former player and current tv commentator Bobby Rhine. They have had great guests in their first 7 weeks - Stuart Holden, Jozy Atlidore, Steve Nash, Shaka Hislop and Conor Doyle. Can't wait to turn in regularly.
WHAT???
This might be one of the dumbest articles you will read about MLS all season long!
Kevin Clark of the Wall Street Journal wonders if the New York Red Bulls problem is that they are just too good for MLS. (Thanks to Bart for the link)
-Tell that to Dallas, Salt Lake and Seattle who all play a very eye pleasing game just like New York does, and all three are simply better TEAMS than New York. They all might be better coached too. And probably have the same payroll as New York - if you combined the three. I am not saying any of this to rip New York. They are very fun to watch and are really good. But this is a poke at the article that uses All-Star fan voting as one argument showing how good the Red Bulls are. Yes they are really good players, just not a better team than the other. Maybe on par, but not better. And certainly not too talented for MLS.
