Will there be a 4th? Stay tuned.

QUOTE OF THE DAY

FIFA: In the final against Brazil you were 2-0 up at halftime...
DAVIES: In the locker-room up 2-0 at the half we were all a little bit shocked and I think we might have gotten a little content, a little complacent, like we had it in the bag. When we got back out there, all it took was one goal for Brazil to reignite and it all went wrong or us.

The Guardian with a report on a fracas between a West Ham player and some fans at the team's official post season dinner.
-Some have called the incident a "Brawl," but from everything that I have read that would be like calling a fireworks display a bombing. The end of the same article called the matter a "brief fracas." So which is it? Brawl, or brief fracas? Big difference.

Did you see the massive brawl at the end of Morelia-Cruz Azul? A Cruz fan comes on the pitch and then things get ugly. Cruz keeper Corona gets slapped by a Morelia coach, and a few minutes later kicks him in the crotch followed a few minutes later by a headbutt to the head! The coach staggers and sits down.

Corona is now off of Mexico's Gold Cup Squad...

And here I thought the FMF teams held their contempt for their northern MLS neighbors. Guess not!

Diego Maradona was named coach of Al Wasl. A team in the United Arab Emirates. Still, very fascinating and somewhat not surprising.

I've posted several times on different forums, but I would LOVE to have MLS have a Mpls/St. Paul team.

Best of luck, I've signed up my email address and will sign whatever petition in the future.
