The AP reports that new laws were passed in Turkey yesterday designed to stop football match hooliganism. Punishment includes:
-6 years in prison for dismantling seats in the stadiums
-2 years in prison for chanting racial slurs and obscenities in or around stadiums
-1 year in prison for bringing guns, sharp objects or flares into the stadiums
