FACT OF THE DAY

SuperLiga is dead.

OOF

I think its funny that every mainstream news outlet reported that Chad Ochocinco earned a spot on the Sporting Kansas City reserve team, when the team's press release specifically said he was named an "honorary member" of the reserve team. Quite different. One is real, the other is just a piece of paper with nice printing on it.

As a matter of fact the first sentence in the article on the SPK website reads in full: "It may be a token title at best, but Chad Ochocinco is officially an honorary member of Sporting Kansas City."

THIS IS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT

Dave Zeitlen of CSN Philly with a great article on soccer haters.

VIDEO OF THE DAY

WHAT???

Alejandro Perez & Tim Sturtridge of the Independent report that supporters of Cucuta in Colombia smuggled a coffin containing a dead body into the stadium as they beat Envigado!

This is what I want to happen to my body after I die!!!!!
