CD CHIVAS USA

CUSA acquired midfielder Nick LaBrocca from Toronto FC in exchange for forward Alan Gordon.

And the team released forward Jesus Padilla from the squad. He is a free agent.

Chivas is in Dallas on Saturday for their final preseason game against FC Dallas.

Daniel Girard of the Star reports that defender Adrian Cann is coming to the team begging to be taken back. He walked out of preseason training a week ago because he wanted a new contract. The team an offer that he turned down. That offer is now gone and so was this weeks paycheck.

TFC has signed 24 year old Canadian midfielder Gianluca Zavarise from Iraklis in Greece.

The Caps signed defender Blake Wagner from their second division roster and forward Long Tan from FC Tampa Bay of the NASL.
