Michael C Lewis of the Salt Lake Tribune reports that CONCACAF is investigating an allegation that someone tried to buy the outcome of the RSL v Arabe Unido Champions League game last month.
-This is a very odd story. Arabe Unido was asked to "pay" to have the match fixed, when usually a team is "paid" to fix a match. Just odd.

The team will be without backup centerback Chris Schuler for the rest of the season after he suffered a broken foot at practice, and will need surgery to repair it.
