STARTERS

One of the biggest breakout stars of the World Cup was Germany's Mesut Ozil, and today Real Madrid bought him from Werder Bremen. And for a relative bargain price of 15 Million Euros.

BOB BRADLEY WATCH

Martin Rogers of Yahoo says that the US Soccer federation and Bob Bradley will meet next week. And Rogers feels that Bradley will be retained as coach.

CONCACAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

The Group Stage is underway. 2 groups of 4 with everyone playing the others in their group home and away for a total of 6 games. At the end, the top 2 from each group will advance to the semifinals, which will also be home and away.
