Man U defender Gary Neville has long been known as one of the least gracious players in all of soccer, and he added another entry to his resume (oh sorry, CV) this week. Man City's Carlos Tevez scored 2 goals against his old team Man U and taunted the team and fans by cupping his ears in the manner of "I can't hear you!!" To which big Gary felt disrespected and responded by flipping the bird to Tevez, then went off oh him to the press after the game. Yup, shit for brains verified.

Now I haven't been following the whole MLS CBA issue but that list of player signings and movements at the top todays entry is, to me, the first good sign that an agreement is about to be reached.

lol, why is it doubtful that robbie findley could emerge as talented as charlie davies? findley is quick, brave, and creative. He just needs some Euro experience.

why?

davies had european teams chasing him from age 16 and he went to hammarby, a team well known for developing and selling on players, at age 19, then moving on to france 18 months later. he is currently 23 years old

while findley now at age 24 is still yet to have any european teams chasing him (consider that he is only 2 years younger than landon donovan and damarcus beasley as well). Sure he had a pretty good MLS season, but how better is he going to get?

thus, i feel strongly that its doubtful he will ever get to davies level

look for a soggy pitch at the HDC for the US/Honduras. LA has been socked with 5 straight days of heavy and soaker rains, and temps in the 60s.
