STARTERS

Brujas FC of Desamparados is the Costa Rican Primera Division Torneo de Invierno Champions! Huge congrats to them. Former San Jose Clash and New England Revolution fullback Mauricio Wright is the teams manager! (thanks to FD for the heads up)
-This is only the teams 6th year of existence, and this is their first championship. So we will see them in the 2010/11 CONCACAF Champions League.

Freddy Adu who has been on loan at Belenenses has been sent back to the team that owns his contract Benfica. Oof.
-Twitter message from Freddy this afternoon: "fellas i have had a deal on the table but we have to think about what the best situation is. Cant rush into anything. has to be right!"

The only thing more wrong with helping Sepp Blatter's nephew would be for Jack Warner to steal the contract for himself. At least then I'd know who to get my hospitality from! ALL HAIL JACK WARNER!
