AMERICANS IN EUROPE

Oguchi Onyewu has had his knee surgery to repair a torn tendon and will now need 6 months of recovery time. That leaves very little time to prepare for the World Cup. Not good.

Of the 7 Americans on teams that were in the Europa League this week, only Tim Howard at Everton saw action, and he was creamed for 5 goals at Benfica. Oof!
