Some New for Mon Aug 3

STARTERS

El Guzano leads Aston Villa to a preseason tournament championship over Juventus. See Americans in Europe for details.

dN

LA v Barca drew an astonishing 93,137 fans to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.

MLS

Of the 6 games played this weekend, three of them were pure Wild West shootout, while three were old fashioned nail biters. The only people who didn't enjoy these games were the fans of the two teams who got blown out.

dN

Did you foresee Dallas scoring 6 and San Jose scoring 4 and neither giving up a single goal this weekend. Wow, oh Wow, oh Wow. Simply amazing score lines to gaze upon.

dN

And Jeff Cunningham bagging 4, yes FOUR, goals for Dallas just 2 days after their star Kenny Cooper was sold to 1860 Munich! The big tally gives Cunningham 112 all time, #3 on the list, just 2 behind #2 Ante Razov, with Jaime Moreno still at #1 with 128.
