Fly Right Past The Stop News

This question has been on my mind for a couple of weeks now - If Cuauhtemoc Blanco could be loaned out to Mexican club Santos Laguna immediately, then why are Beckman and Donovan not loaned out to Milan and Bayern immediately?

Bruce, I believe MLS has special rules for players who are loaned or transfered to other teams in north america, but if they go overseas they must wait for the transfer period. I think that clause was mentioned in one of the articles announceing the loan... I'm sure I read it here or on goal.com
