I guess the old guys were the perfect recipe for success after all. We got taken to the woodshed by the blue plate special crew.

As one of the 8 non-Tigres fans at the FCD game (sad because it was such a wide-open game, unusual for a friendly), I'm pretty sure the guy was intentionally delaying the game because of the ball. In the first half they used the MLS ball, but in the 2nd half they used the FMF ball. For the PKs they set up w/ the MLS ball, I think the guy was delaying so that Tigres could take their kicks w/ the Mexican ball. Even Tigres's manager got involved. Eventually the ref gave in and they shot their PKs with their yellow ball.

Simply sending the meat through a grind results in a basic grind sausage. Emulsion forcemeat has a formula of 5 parts trimmed meat, 4 parts fat, and 3 parts water in the form of ice. As these elements are combined in the grinding, the temperature is lowered from 50 degrees to 30.
