OTHERS

Croatia has been fined the equivilent of $28,000 and warned sternly about future actions by FIFA after being found guilty of racist behavior from fans in their game earlier this month against England. This is of course a total joke, because back in June they were charged and found to be guilty of the same thing during the match against Turkey at Euro 08. Then they were fined $18,000. I doubt very much that a bump of $9000 is going to mean very much.
