looks like something a fart boy would wear to get drunk on Saturday night.

Looks more like pajamas than the 07 blue with horiz. white stripes.

Agree with RP's link to Slate. It is obvious those handling the Nike account for US unis know nothing about soccer, nor about US history.

That shirt is the visual equivalent of salt-free crackers.
At least it doesn't have anything stupid like the '07 horizontal stripe. At this point they should just go back to the '06 jerseys if they can't come up with anything better than this.
they should just make those red "dont' tread on me" jerseys the official jersey and not mess with it. ever.

Great Slate article. I really think they need to adopt some sort of red jersey (like the ones in the send-off game vs. Latvia), since Sam's Army wears red, so should the US team.

i agree that the red DTOM (Don't Tread on Me) charity shirts have lead the pack so far.
