USA keeper Chris Seitz played out of this world, keeping Brazil at 1 goal. They had 7 or 8 prime chances to score more and he turned them away every time. Even their one goal was only inches away from being saved by Seitz. What a monster. He seemed to injure his leg about the 70 minute mark and did not take any goal kicks after that. Man, those renderings of Poplar Point sure look elaborate. If they can get something like that built, the foofrah about the structure alone would be worth a fortune. It looks like something out of Logan's Run. Wonder how the sightlines and accoustics would be in something shaped like a question mark. And where the hell is Barra Brava going to end up?

I hope the DCU management is wise enough to give Barra Brava first choice on seats at the new stadium. I read somewhere - an old interview by the DCU GM I think it was - that management is going to treat BB right.

Not to nit pick, but, it's "THE Gambia", not "Gambia". It's insulting to think how many Gambians who read this blog have now been irrepearbly offended by this oversight. Come on Brucio, get it right now...
