Your rookie of the year list is too long. You're basically listing every rookie who has seen playing time.

I think you can remove:
Corey Ashe - Hou
Adam Cristman - NE
Aaron Hohlbein - KC
Guy-Roland Kpene - DC

Make it an award that is tough to win . :)

another UVA player in addition to Cristman to watch is Chicago's Bakary Soumare. He started his first game last weekend and from what I've heard he played pretty well. I wouldn't add him to the list quite yet but I'd keep an eye on him.

Cristman has essentially replaced former USMNT player Pat Noonan in the starting line-up for the Revs so I'd keep him on the list.

I have a question regarding the item: "Houston goalkeeper Pat Onstad has been added to the Canadian roster for the Gold Cup. The back up keeper to Greg Sutton was injured in training."

Shouldn't Pat Onstad be starting for Canada? I know that he's not the youngest guy around but he's certainly better than Sutton

Meh. Another convict is hardly going to be noticed at Newcastle. Not with a pair of racists, several insurance defrauders, and a murderer already having played for the club in the last few years.
