Landon Donovan on tonight's game, from US Soccer: "We're here to win the game. We're not here to try and get a point to win the group. We're here to win the game, period. I don't want to tie El Salvador. I want to beat El Salvador."

du Nord Three (Five) Stars Of The Game - USA v Trinidad & Tobago
3. Jan Michael Williams - it would have been about 11-0 without his talents in the T & T goal.
2. Frank Simek & Jonathan Spector - provided great pressure and attack from the outside backs all game long.
1. Justin Mapp & Landon Donovan - The spark, the whole spark and nothing but the spark. So help me Bob.

I'm probably the only one who thinks this way, but I'm not excited by the return of Mastroeni.

I'm torn, but i thik If Beasley goes to the Rangers, it should be a disappointment for him and US fans.

beasley to rangers for a measley 700,000 POUNDS, thats it??? i think his initial transfer to psv from mls was more than that! he should be able to command a few million pounds. at least it would better suit him to go to some spanish team like zargoza or something. rangers is a step down.

Rangers are going to Champions League Qualifying, they are second place in their table and have a long history of being a very good club, going there is a lot better then a team that doesnt want or need him, he'll grow more at rangers then any mls club
