Thankfully my Thunderboys have finally won a game this season. On the road, second game in three nights, in the heat and humidity of Puerto Rico, down a goal, a man sent off in the 44th minute! How bout them odds? A 1-2 victory! Congrats. It's big.

Yanks Abroad reported that American defender Neven Subotic made his debut for Mainz in a 5-2 loss at Bayern Munich. Mainz has been relegated for next season. Which, oddly enough, could be good news for Subotic, cuz he might see lots of playing time.

-Guadalajara 0-1 America - America win 2-0 on aggregate.
-Pachuca v Cruz Azul - match canceled, Pachuca win due to Cruz using an illegal player in the first leg. Salvador Carmona tested positive for steroids (for the 2nd time) and was banned for life, while his team was kicked out of the playoffs.
