Thunder Home Opener Will Again Be Free Of Charge
Great news for all you cheapskates out there. My fave team the Minnesota Thunder will again open the gates for free to their home opener on May 6th and ask that instead of paying for a ticket you give the money to their charity Thunder P.L.U.S. It was a huge success last season and I hope to see you all there at the Jimmy.

Yeah, we got a good crowd last year, but why didn't most of those people show up ever again? I think it's a good move to do something in this way, but there has to be follow through as well. At least hand out schedules that people will actually look at after the game.
Again, the month off between home games is a concern that way.
