The USL First Division will have a second new team next season (Carolina being added a couple months ago). The California Victory will play in San Francisco at Kezar Stadium. The team will be owned by Dmitry Piterman who also owns the Spanish team Alaves. He has a reputation for being a bit of meddler and lunatic. Should be interesting to see if he brings any of that to this team.
