Sloppy News Gatherings

-Former Chicago dude Damani Ralph has already started & played a full game for his new Russian club Rubin Kazan (I had one of those for lunch in New York at the Carnagie Deli once. It was excellent). Sadly, the Grilled Rye Sandwiches lost to Spartak Moscow 3-0.
-Columbus Crew signed 23 year old Mario "El Loco" Rodriguez from Guatemalan club Municipal. He plays in the midfield somewhere, and is supposed to be decent. We shall wait to pass judgment for now. He is also said to be "Crazy".
-Amado Guevara has signed a new 4 year contract with Metrostars. He was NOT the leagues Most Valuable Player last year, Jamie Moreno was. Although, on his day, Guevara is a very good player.
-The LA Galaxy have signed three more interesting looking internationals to the squad : Pablo Chinchilla from Alajuelense in Costa Rica (Costa Rican defender), Naldo da Conceicao from FC Saint Gallen in Switzerland (Brazilian striker), and Paulo Nagamura from Arsenal in England (Japanese-Brazilian (huh?) d-mid).
-USA U-20 team beats Argentina 2-1 in South Korea today. Read it here. Not bad boys, not bad at all. Now do it again next summer at the World Championships when it counts.
